Digital Product Policy
Due to the non-tangible and irreversible nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a theme or digital item has been downloaded or accessed, except in exceptional cases as outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of the duplicate transaction.
- Technical Issue: If you are experiencing a technical issue with the product that cannot be resolved by our support team, and it prevents you from using the product as advertised.
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download email or cannot access your product due to an error on our end.
Important: To be eligible for a refund due to a technical issue, you must first contact our support team and allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- You no longer need the product.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
